This contribution aims to give evidence of an experience gained and achieved in the didactic field (a case study), developed during the last school year (2021-2022), in a second year of a Vicenza lower secondary school (the Italian equivalent of a seventh-grade class). This workshop experience highlights the significant relationship - already investigated but not yet recognized enough - between theater, emotions, and awareness of oneself and others (in an inclusive dimension), and the profound bond that transversally binds teaching and performing arts, through the red thread of (individual and collective) improvisation.
